1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PlanMyMemory ("PMM") website, mobile applications (including on Google Play and the App Store), and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

PMM provides a wedding planning platform that connects couples and users with verified wedding vendors (photographers, makeup artists, caterers, venues, etc.) across India. We facilitate discovery, inquiries, and communication. We do not act as a party to any booking or contract between you and a vendor; such agreements are solely between you and the vendor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using PMM, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to:

Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Not misuse, harm, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
Not post false, misleading, or offensive content.
Respect vendors and other users; harassment or abuse is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

5. Vendor Listings & Inquiries

Vendor profiles, ratings, and content are for informational purposes. We strive to verify vendors but do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of any listing. When you submit an inquiry or request a callback, you consent to sharing your contact details with the relevant vendor(s). Any agreement, payment, or dispute with a vendor is between you and that vendor; PMM is not liable for vendor conduct or services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and materials on PMM (excluding user-generated content) are owned by PlanMyMemory or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a license to use, display, and process it as needed to provide the Services.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION. USE OF VENDORS AND ANY TRANSACTIONS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANMYMEMORY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR INTERACTIONS WITH VENDORS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanMyMemory, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website and/or notify you via the app. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
